Gloria Buckley

A native of Chicago, IL, Gloria Buckley has taught in the school system for 22 years. She received a B.S. from Chicago State University and her M.A. from Roosevelt University. Gloria loved art at an early age, but did not purse her passion until much later. She developed her artistic skills under the instruction of Melvin King and Gerald Sanders. Her love for realism is reflected by the intricate details portrayed in her paintings. She primarily work in oils, her large canvases are striking and emotionally moving.
